HTC One S, lots of issues...

I just got my HTC One S and the most prominent and annoying issue is, when I have music playing through headphones, my music skips , plays, randomly starts, rewinds, fast forwards... Randomly, for no reason what so ever. Using the keyboard is annoying. The screen doesn't follow the words, it won't auto space nor capitalize. Browsing the internet is a mess. Trying to stream a video and the notification bar is in the way. Or disappearing and coming back as it pleases. Don't get me started with trying to google. Amazing phone, it really is, but these minor issues become a huge nuisance. Please fix or help me. Thanks.

I dont know about the One S, cuz I have a One V.

But regarding the music, I have an option to allow controls (skipping tracks etc) from the lock screen. Perhaps that might have something to do with it. Check your settings. I have mine enabled, but to stop accidental presses while it's in my pocket I press the power button while on the lock screen to send the screen black & so no button presses.

Keyboard. Try Swype Beta. It auto spaces & capitalizes etc. Not on the market place. Got to register & then they e-mail you a link for the apk. Works perfectly on the One V. (Pain in the arse to install & get it to come up instead of the default keyboard)

Dont know about browsing, not having any problems.

Have you checked for a OTA software update. My One V was terrible out of the box until I did a OTA software update. Menu > Settings > About > Software updates > Check now (thats for the V, I assume it's the same for the S)
