volume call too high

    volume call too high

    hy everybody, first of all sorry for my english...
    i have a problem with the volume during my phone calls. the lowest volume is too high and everybody near to me can lissen the voice of my caller. i can't keep earphone in my ear. it's normal? has anyone this problem? i search for an app that can regulate the volume under the 20% (that is the lowest volume for htc one s) but i can't find it....

    any ideas?

    Mine is pretty loud, I rarely have it all the way up b/c it's WAY too loud if that's the case. However, it's never too loud on the lowest setting.

    If you're rooted, there are a couple of apps that can trump the default volume settings, but if it's that loud all the time, even all the way down, you might consider replacing the device, especially if you can check out others near you and see if they're different.

    I am also facing the same problem. I have registered a complaint with HTC. I am amazed that HTC has put all this nice features but overlooked such a basic thing....

    Hi there,

    I had the same problem on my HTC One X and fixed it by turning the volume up while on a call, then turning it back down!!! Sounds simple but it worked! Hope this helps x

    That was hugely helpful; I was going crazy, unable to use headphones at all for calling. Fixed it. THANK YOU !
