i want to upgrade my one s but after i downloaded the software and i have to restart and install it, the white screen appear and it says "relocked" and there are some options like fastboot, bootloader, reboot bootloader and power down. whenever i chose bootloader, it will come back to the white screen and i have to choose reboot only, seems like i have a failure in my phone, can anybody tell me how to upgrade it? many thanks
