Lost htc one v battery cover

I have lost my HTC ONE V Battery cover or Back Panel on 2nd of May 2012.From then on trying to get it from the service centre.They are not responding to problem.It's almost 40 days since I lost.I spoke to Customer care for hours and hours but no one is responding me>please provide me some alternative method in getting this panel...

Did u found anywhere...?? plz suggest me if u hav any idea...
but one thing i found that HTC S**ks......

Does anyone know where the HTC One V replacement battery cover can be purchased in the USA? I loved the phone until the cover fell off when I wasn't looking. Not even my carrier seems to know. Without the cover there is no protection for the battery or microSD card. There is no use of the phone sending or receiving, no voice mail, WiFi, etc. Besides that, it's now just a worthless piece of junk.
