I am experiencing the very same problem.
It occured after doing the software update that included the Media Link HD thing.
When doing a factory reset the update is not deleted, therefore the problem stays.
Whenever I put on WiFi the device reboots over and over again.
Any solutions?

Hey all
I had contact to HTC - they have general problems with the WiFI - they are working on an update .... hopefully it fixes this crap
@ robbert: go to your rourer settings and give your phone always the same IP adress .... in my case it helps but not fixes it completely
My phone reboots only every couple of days now ..... not a full solution but partly ......

ovik88 had the try to deactivate the scheduel update and do it manual - we try -
again @ robbert did you try to disconnet "all" other devices from your router and connect only with your phone ... then connect all other devices one by one

Thanks hippi125. I too had contact with HTC and they were unfamiliar with this problem (at least in the Netherlands so far).
I will try both your suggestions when I am home. I will also try to connect to another WiFi network later today to see if the problem also occurs there.
I wish they (HTC/Google) would develop software for once without errors or force closes.
---edit:
I almost managed to solve my problem.
Here, at home, I have a normal laptop (this one) and a small netbook (for music). Both are on WiFi. Right now I have my normal laptop on WiFi + the phone on WiFi. As soon as I boot up the netbook and as soon as it connects to WiFi too my phone starts rebooting.
I also noticed that this problem did not occur on another WiFi network that I was connected to earlier. Basically it seems to interfere with my netbook. I assume they are on the same IP address. Therefore I will give them both unique fixed addresses and it is likely that the problem is solved with that.
@hippi, I think you suggested basically the same.
---edit2:
Ok so after a while it still rebooted and then kept doing that. Even entering MAC addresses for phone, laptop1, laptop2, does not help. at least now we know it really has to do something with your WiFi settings in the router.

Hey Robbert
I think you came to the same concusions as me it has to do with the pcs connected to the WIFI .... I am not very into it bu t assumed the same as you
with my D-Link router that helped .... since i gave a unique ip to my phone and my pcs the problem seemed to be partly solved ....my phone reboots only evers 2-3days
will see ... today htc (switzerland) told me that htc is working on wifi problems .... hope they fix this soon
cheers
p.s. anybody knows if this is just a ONE V issue or all ONE series ???

Did anyone managed to find a solution in the meantime?
I did notice that I can go on my WiFi without problems once I turn off all other devices (laptop & netbook).
