Green Light not glowing after charging completes

Since the past few days, I have been facing a problem. When the charging completes the green light doesn't glow and instead the red light keeps glowing even after charging is complete!!
I have tried restarting the phone..... Should i format the phone to factory settings

Same here, but mine's been like it from day one. If I disconnect the charger lead and then plug it back in, I do then get the green light - it just doesn't do it automatically. Sorry this isn't an answer, but you're not on your own with this problem!
