HTC ONE V - 3G Issue

Hi, I bought HTC ONE V a couple of months back and activated 3G on my handset. But since then, I am getting GPRS Speed on my handset. I checked with Airtel Customer care and they confirmed that 3G data plan is active on my number. When used with Wi-Fi, the speed is awesome.

I have tried downloading 3G settings multiple number of times but all in vain. Please help if someone aware of this kind of issue.

check your settings go to -> settings -> mobile network ->network mode -> WCDMA
