    Any HTC One X Devs on the forum? Can't wait to see what custom roms will be cooked up for the HTC One X.

    This phone is going to be a BIG deal and should elicit a lot of developer interest, so I'm optimistic that we'll see some cool things in the short run.

    I'm not really a dev, but I've done my fair share in reducing the ROM size on the original Desire by throwing out unnecessary junk (live wallpapers, apps that nobody uses, etc).
    Saved over 40 MB with just a day's work, which boosted the space for apps from 114 to 155MB.
    Didn't really change the UI or add anything to the ROM though, except the Superuser app. IMO the OS was perfect, just a bit bloated.

    IF (and that's a big if) HTC releases an RUU for the One X, I might do the same again. Not that the phone needs it like the Desire did, but less junk means that the phone will run better. Then again we get the quad-core over here, so I doubt I'll notice the difference.

    Also, due to the difference between dual and quad-core, I'm not sure if the WWE ROM will work on the dual-core X'es like it did on the US-based GSM Desires.
