HTC One X doesn't charge anymore

I'm in exactly the same position. Left the phone in to charge overnight and woke up friday morning to a phone that was nearly out of juice. I have tried the SIM out hard reset trick but nothing. The phone is insured but this seems to be an inherent fault with this model.

Not sure about the rest of you but my option is to get it fixed, sell it as a clean phone and go back to Iphone were I had no issues in the 2 1/2 years with my 3GS. Why did I change!!!

sorry jonatan , haven't found a solution.
But i did go to a phone repair kiosk and they said they can maybe repair it, but they said they couldnt and the "repair" was free of charge.
Then all of a sudden, when i got home. i plugged it in and it started CHARGING! until tonight... (3 months later) same thing again! i did a hard system reset and it didnt work. so im going to leave it charging for a day or two and hopefully it decides to work

I dont know how old this post is but the problem is not software. Its the USB port that is broken if u change the angle of the USB it should charge again. It should be fixed soon or it will not charge again of left like this

guys this just happened to me. my battery was around 60 percent but my phone suddenly got drained and refused to charge or switch on.
so i simply held down the power button and the "volume down" button together until the phone entered recovery mode. After i did that everything went back to normal

my phone has died three times since i got it 1 year ago. wont re set or anything have to send it back to 02 for them to fix. It is rubbish
