ONE X bluetooth connections. no phone sound.

I am new to my phone. 30 days or so. Have been using VXI blueparrot earbuds successfully with earlier phones. Started ok with the ONE. just some echo occasionally. Suddeny, as of about July 23, I could not hear the phone through the bluetooth. The phone is paired. The bluetooth is connected. Still, I cannot hear anything and the person on the other end cannot hear me. I have tried this with two different earphones, to no avail. Any ideas?

I'm having the same issue. But mine just started last week. Has anyone found out what the problem is or how to fix it? My phone connects to my car and I do alot of business calls while in the vehicle. I really need someone to get an answer out there as to how to fix this.

Same problem - pairs but will (no phone)! This just started recently.

I had the same problem. I cleared the app cache, pressed the button on top of the phone to turn the device off, and selected Restart - Close all apps and restart phone. Now, I am able to hear the audio on phone calls through the bluetooth device. I also turned the wifi and mobile web off; however, I don't think this made a difference.
