my phone turn off by itself! please help

    my phone turn off by itself! please help

    I actually just got it today, everything is working very well except when i try to play music and change ringtone the phone restart itself. is there anything i can do to fix it?

    Try a hard reset. If that does not fix the problem, I would consider returning the phone.
