HTC One X - Sync Manager connection/sync issue.

I purchased this phone about a month ago and just now having a face book sync issue. lets say you take a picture and you want to share it. i click on "share" on the options of the picture and I am given the "face book to HTC sense" option. I try and send the picture and I get an upload fails. I was on the phone with HTC and the tech told me that they were having an issue with FB and HTC Sense. OK, now I have to go about it the long way and upload from the Facebook app. now, the tech told me about Sync Manager, which is something like Itunes. Sweet...... now, I found some type of manager that I can upload/download and what ever......right. no.... this Sync Manager on my Acer Laptop won't connect to my X one. anyone else having this issue and or may have found a work around for it?

I am having this issue as well with the Sync Manager on my Dell XPS 420 Desktop. I did call HTC Support and apparently they are looking into this syncing issue.
