    Hi Narcis, welcome.

    Go to Settings -> Sound

    Make sure "Sound profile" is set to "Normal"
    Just below that, open the "Volumes" menu and make sure the volume isn't all the way down.
    Select "phone ringtone" to make sure that you actually have a ringtone selected.

    If that fails, de-select fastboot (Settings -> power -> Fast boot) and reboot the phone.
    If even that doesn't help, I'm leaning towards a factory reset. Then again I've only had my X+ for a week, so there might be some menu that I've missed.

    Are you sure you don't have the phone set to vibrate only? Go to settings/sound/volumes and make sure you have the volume turned all the way up. Below that is Vibrate. I have mine checked so I get sound plus vibration, but you could *try* unchecking that if you continue to have no ringtone.
