new - finally indulged in a new phone from iphone

hello all ! i'm a new user of the htc one x ... i made the switch from an iphone 3g (yep. 3g.) and i could not be happier i had the 3g for five years and i desperately needed a new phone. my mom even said my phone was embarrassing............. i found myself too embarrassed to take my phone out etc etc i wanted to keep chasing the new iphones but i couldnt wait much longer. i made the switch.


BUT i do have a few issues i'd like to ask about though:

• my texts keep "loading" for long periods of time. and until they've finished "loading" i can't send/receive. I found another post on this issue here and i cleared the data and found that it was a good solution. wondering if there are any other solutions ??
• my 4g or data in general stops working for long periods of time (several hours) and i don't know why... i've tried turning on/off airplane mode and on/off mobile data but nothing works until i restart my phone. it happens at the most unexpected times in the most common spots of my home that i have previously enjoyed mobile data. thoughts ?
• my home page needs time to load.... i don't have many icons on there and muh clock.
