Htc One V shuts down and restarts for no apparent reason :(

Bought a new Htc One V last week. Just getting to know the phone and its applications. Am finding that the phone will suddenly go black screen and restart for no apparent reason. Usually happens when I open calendar or in the middle of a text. Can anyone give advice on how to solve this issue? Its very annoying.

I'm experiencing problems with the calendar crashing when I open the app. I don't think it did this in the past. I was having some problems recently and did a manufacutrers reset and also had a update yesterday which I have aplied, no idea if this is the cause of the problem.

I figured it out, I had to sync everything up and once finished it worked again, or at least it did yesterday.

I just bought HTC one V last week and now coming across with series of problems with it.. It started resetting yesterday when i clicked on calender.. I read somehwhere that it is the syncing problem of calender with Weather. I was not able to change it. Finally i ended up in factory reset. It went fine. Yet i have not synced with either facebook, gmail or any other thing. Soon after resetting it was fine, but now after some hours, if i open calender it restarts. Once i opened gtalk and it rebooted.. ANd one more thing is network drops and comes up often. Though i use Airtel, i feel that i am using some other cheap connection wherein there will be voice breaks over the call.. Seriously pissed off with it. Its not worth for money. Can i get a replacement if the same continues? Can i go for someother brand.? Please let me know..

complete waste of money with this rebooting shit, and i think there is no warranty either
